Highlight: The Color Grading Process – Crafting the Unique Black & White Look
One of the standout features of this project is the painstaking color gradingThe polish that makes it pop—color correction refines footage to create visual harmony, set tone, and ensure brand consistency on screen. process that gave the film its unique and bold black-and-white look. To achieve this stunning effect, a meticulous workflow was employed: first, the picture was locked and each frame was exported as a TIFF sequence. Then, using Adobe Lightroom, each image was carefully graded, with attention paid to every subtle detail to bring out the film’s high-energy, timeless aesthetic.
This attention to detail in color grading allowed us to craft a distinct visual tone for the “Round Trend” video, complementing the circular motifs and adding depth to each frame. The result is a film that not only highlights the trend but also stands as a work of visual artistry, creating a memorable impact that’s both sophisticated and edgy.
